Vendor Information
The cost to reserve a vendor spot is $50 without a trailer and $75 with a trailer. (This does not include trailers used to hall vendor supplies - There will be designated parking for vendors and hauling trailers.)
All vendors are expected to arrive and set up between 9:30-10:30 on the day of the event.
We expect all of our Vendors to treat all staff, volunteers, and ticket holders with respect and kindness.
Vendors reserve the right to withdraw from being a vendor anytime before August 19th for full refund.
All Vendors must be registered by September 4th. Vendor spots will be given out on first come first serve basis.
Payment must be paid in full before you are guaranteed your vendor spot.
We reserve the right do deny any vendor applications. (If an application is denied, we guarantee to return your payment.)
We reserve the right to remove the vendor if any inappropriate behavior is exhibited.
